The metal long roof beam is forged from high-quality steel, featuring a robust structure, large overall length, and strong load-bearing capacity. Through reasonable layout and coordination with individual props, it forms a continuous support structure. It is mainly used in coal mine longwall mining faces to effectively control roof subsidence, reduce the risk of roof collapse, provide a stable and safe space for coal mining operations, and ensure the continuity and efficiency of mining.
The metal roof beam has a length of 1000-3200mm, a width of approximately 100mm, and a height of 80-120mm. It is made of high-quality mining steel with an allowable load of 200-500kN. Its robust structure makes it suitable for supporting longwall mining faces and roadways in coal mines. It can be used with individual hydraulic props to effectively support the roof, prevent rock strata from collapsing, and ensure safe and efficient underground operations.
