U-shaped mine supports are used for roadway and chamber support in coal mines to withstand high stress and control surrounding rock deformation. Common models include U25, U29, and U36, corresponding to section heights of 250mm, 290mm, and 360mm, respectively. The material is low-alloy high-strength steel such as 16Mn and 20MnK, with a weight of 24-38kg per meter. They can be connected by cable clamps to adapt to different cross-sectional shapes, effectively resist mine pressure, and ensure the stability and safety of underground space.
