The .H-type polyurethane cleaner is a primary cleaner installed slightly below the center line of the head pulley of the belt conveyor.
The .installation width can be arbitrarily expanded or contracted according to the site conditions.
The .scraper is made of polyurethane, which has the advantages of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, no damage to the belt, and thorough cleaning.
The .self-adjusting tensioning device can automatically follow up and compensate when the scraper is worn, the belt jumps, or encounters mechanical belt buckles, ensuring that the scraper surface is in close contact with the belt; the blade and belt can be separated without stopping the machine to facilitate cleaning debris on the cutting edge.
