The heavy hammer cleaner is used for belt conveyors. It uses the pressure of the heavy hammer to make the scraper fit closely to the conveyor belt to remove surface residue. It is suitable for bandwidths of 500-2400mm, and the weight of the heavy hammer is adjustable from 10-50kg. The scraper is commonly made of wear-resistant rubber or polyurethane. It has a simple structure and stable cleaning force, which can effectively avoid material spillage and accumulation, reduce belt wear, and is widely used in bulk material conveying scenarios such as mines and ports.
