The ceramic cleaner is used for belt conveyors to efficiently remove residual material from the conveyor belt. Common models include the primary H-type and the secondary P-type, suitable for bandwidths of 650-2400mm. The scraper is made of alumina ceramic with a Rockwell hardness of 85-90. Its wear resistance is 5-10 times that of steel, and it is resistant to acid, alkali, and high temperatures, ensuring cleaning effectiveness and extending equipment life. It is widely used in mines, ports, and other scenarios.
