Heavy-duty impact beds are used at the receiving points of belt conveyors to protect the conveyor belt. Suitable for bandwidths of 650-2400mm, belt speeds ≤5m/s, maximum particle size ≤1000mm, and drop heights ≤5m. It uses a double-layer bracket and ≥75mm thick impact bars, combined with high-strength square tube steel plate structure, which has strong impact resistance and can effectively absorb material impact and extend the life of the conveyor belt. It is suitable for high-impact conveying scenarios such as mines and power plants.
